“I have been developing recipes and menus for many years. After traveling the world I have compiled a vast amount of knowledge about many different types of food. Now, I am ready to share this experience with you. I have been a chef for many years and feel there is more of a personal touch in customizing individual menus per client rather than Marc Events having you select from a large printed menu. Simply provide me with some direction of your style of food and your expectations and let my years of creating exciting and fresh menus go to work just for you. I will describe the ingredients in your selections, demonstrate how it will be served, what vessel the food will be served on and at what time your food should be ready in your proposal.”
