VENUE RENTAL...
The Marc Events rental rate for Saturday evenings is $3,000 for a four hour party. The room rental for Friday and Sunday evenings is $2,000 for four hours. Our space is also available for daytime and weeknight parties. Please inquire about prices Monday – Thursday.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUMS...
Marc Events is the exclusive caterer for our space in the Dallas Design District. Our food and beverage minimum for Saturday evenings in 2010 is $7,000. This minimum drops to $4,500 for Friday and Sunday evenings. Please inquire about Monday-Thursday pricing and daytime functions.
PLATED DINNERS...
Start at $49.95 per person.
Includes two passed canapés, two stationary hors d oeuvres,
plated salad and entrée.
Includes service of client’s wedding cake.
BUFFET DINNERS...
Start at $36.95 per person.
Includes two stationary hors d oeuvres or two passed
canapés, beautiful fruit and cheese displays, two proteins,
starch and vegetables
Includes service of client’s wedding cake.
BEVERAGE PACKAGES...
Beer, Wine and Champagne packages start at $22.00 per person for four hours. Full bars start at $27.00 per person for four hours.
LABOR...
Gratuity of 20% is charged to all buffet and plated dinners as well as alcoholic beverage service.
Additional labor may be charged if an action station chef is required, or separate bartenders are required for secondary bar.
AMENITIES...
All Marc Events venue rentals fees include tables, clear acrylic Chiavari chairs, white floor length linens, flatware, china, glassware and linen napkins with your choice of color. This rental fee also includes appropriate bartenders and staff.
TAX...
8.25% state sales tax on food and other charges.
PARTY DURATION...
All events hosted at Marc Events are based on a four hour event duration. We understand the need for ample set-up time and are
happy to allow you access to Marc Events the entire day of your function at no additional charge.
All load-out times must be approved by the Marc Events staff.
